Ritter Edler von Peter. Unfortunately there is very little information about this hero. We know he was posthumously promoted to Oberstleutnant, and earned the Knight's Cross on July 15, 1941. We also know that he was born on January 27, 1899 (Friedberg/Hesse, Germany), and was killed on September 26th, 1941 (Hauptverbandplatz 2/176 Aleksinka, Soviet Union).
