      This interesting bootleg set was released around 2012. It contains a book of matches, Varg's 1997 book Vargsmal and a postcard. I'm presuming this bootleg set is from South America, since the CD itself is titled 'Nuevo' when viewed on a PC and the book was printed in Ecuador by something called Hell Institute (printed in April 2012, limited to 200 copies). The CD contains the documentary 'Satan Rides the Media' on choppy .mpeg format.
